Role Description

The Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, helping team with business errands/events and assisting with administrative tasks for the Founder & CEO. The Assistant will also work closely with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and support business needs.

This is an hourly role and while remote, must be based in Austin, TX.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in administrative support roles is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
