Job Description:

Responsible for reviewing and validating asset data using 3D modeling tools and photographic analysis to support accurate tower and equipment records.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Inspect and analyze aerial tower photos using 3D modeling software
• Validate attributes like tower coordinates and height
• Create and manage geospatial object data
• Inventory customer equipment and compare against lease agreements
• Review images for key asset details and update internal databases
• Ensure data accuracy within business tolerances and report discrepancies
• Assess Network Operations deliverables and collaborate on corrections
• Coordinate with Engineering and Network Operations teams

Requirements:

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Strong spatial awareness and ability to navigate 3D environments
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience interpreting legal documents, including leases and contracts
