We are currently looking for a Data Analyst in United States.As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping business decisions by transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, and product to support the growth of innovative delivery solutions. This role involves designing dashboards, performing in-depth analyses, and interpreting metrics to inform strategy. You will have ownership over key performance indicators, helping the organization measure success and improve operational efficiency. - Accountabilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, models, and reporting pipelines to monitor operational efficiency, delivery performance, and key business metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Act as a strategic analytics partner, providing actionable insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Define and track key performance metrics to guide decision-making across teams.
- Propose tools, workflows, and solutions to streamline data collection, transformation, and reporting processes.
- Requirements
- BA/BS in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years in an analytics role, preferably in high-growth or startup environments.
- Proficiency in SQL (4+ years) and experience with Python or R scripting.
- Strong data visualization skills using BI tools (e.g., ThoughtSpot, Looker Studio).
- Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and inferential statistics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable leveraging AI/GenAI tools to enhance analytics workflows.
- Knowledge of geospatial analysis is a plus.
- Preferred: experience in logistics, marketplaces, or operations-heavy industries, dbt, and modern data governance practices.
