Job Description
The role is remote. We are seeking candidates located in LATAM.We are looking for a skilled Mid Full Stack .NET Engineer to join our team and help build modern, scalable web applications. You will be working across both front-end and back-end technologies, leveraging your expertise in both .NET Framework and .NET Core, as well as Angular and React. You will also play a key role in ensuring technical excellence and adherence to Agile best practices, while actively exploring the use of Generative AI (GenAI) to accelerate development and improve productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET technologies and modern front-end frameworks.
- Work across the full stack to implement features and improve performance and usability.
- Deliver high-quality, production-ready code that minimizes the need for dedicated QA validation.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a strong emphasis on automated testing and quality assurance practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to technical discussions, design reviews, and architectural decisions.
- Leverage Generative AI tools and practices to enhance development workflows and reduce time-to-market.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 3+ years of professional experience in full stack web development.
- Proficient in .NET Framework and .NET Core.
- Solid experience with Angular and React.
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization standards, with a preferable understanding of OpenID Connect (OIDC).
- Experience with relational databases and strong knowledge of SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of Agile principles and experience working in Agile teams.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and modern web architectures.
- Strong background in writing unit tests, integration tests, and ensuring code quality without relying heavily on QA teams.
- Familiar with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills.
- Active experience using Generative AI (GenAI) tools and practices to enhance development efficiency.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
