Job Description
Traditional site reliability teams often find themselves overwhelmed by manual monitoring, reactive troubleshooting, and deployment processes that demand excessive labor. AI offers a clear path forward, yet many organizations fail to harness its full capabilities, leading to underperforming systems and bottlenecks that hinder innovation. Research indicates that 73% of companies face deployment delays and operational downtime, largely due to legacy processes and insufficient AI-driven automation.IgniteTech is addressing these challenges directly by developing AI-first cloud solutions engineered to anticipate and resolve problems before they occur. Our approach embeds AI and machine learning into every layer of cloud infrastructure management—spanning automated monitoring frameworks to intelligent CI/CD pipelines. The result is an environment that self-heals and continuously adapts, minimizing downtime, enhancing performance, and expanding the possibilities of cloud services. This role diverges from conventional site reliability positions, where reactive problem-solving and manual intervention dominate. Instead, you'll spearhead the development of AI-enhanced monitoring systems capable of detecting and resolving 95% of issues before end users are affected. You'll also design and oversee AI-automated CI/CD pipelines that cut deployment times by 30% and dramatically reduce manual tasks. The right candidate will be energized by AI-driven environments, embrace automation-first strategies, and enjoy advancing the frontiers of cloud infrastructure design. You'll collaborate with a global team of innovators reshaping cloud infrastructure. Your contributions will be central to our mission of delivering next-generation, AI-driven operational excellence. We're looking for someone passionate about AI who is prepared to leave a lasting mark on the future of cloud services. If this describes you, we invite you to apply and contribute to something transformative. What You Will Be Doing
- Deploying AI-based monitoring services that automatically detect, forecast, and remediate issues before they disrupt operations
- Overseeing CI/CD pipelines enhanced with AI-driven automation to improve deployment efficiency and minimize manual intervention
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Concentrating exclusively on manual monitoring, troubleshooting, and system maintenance; your objective will be to delegate these tasks to AI
DevOps Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Deliver seamless scalability and performance optimization for AI-powered cloud services, maintaining 99.99% uptime while providing AI-enhanced software upgrades and customizations aligned with clients' changing requirements
Basic Requirements
- AI-First Mindset (if your default approach is to write code first and then use AI tools to verify or enhance your code, rather than the other way around, then please do not apply)
- A minimum of 3 years of DevOps experience, including automation of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure management
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Proficiency in AI and machine learning tools used for monitoring, automation, and predictive analytics (or strong willingness to learn and adapt to AI-driven technologies)
- Strong programming and scripting skills, with experience in automating tasks and building AI-driven processes
